1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of countrywidesummit.com and its related pages, content, forms and features (collectively, the “Website”).
The Website is owned and operated by Countrywide Summit Services Inc., operating as Countrywide Summit (“Countrywide Summit,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website.
If you use the Website on behalf of a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf in connection with the inquiry or information submitted.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides general information about Countrywide Summit, our service areas and commercial cleaning services that may be available for suitable facilities.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute:
A binding offer to provide services
A guarantee that we will accept a property or project
A complete description of every available service
A representation that a particular cleaning method is suitable for every facility, surface or circumstance
Medical, public-health, infection-control, environmental, legal or other professional advice
Service availability depends on factors such as location, facility type, size, condition, access, requested frequency, scheduling, scope and operational requirements.
3. Quotes and Service Agreements
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or require Countrywide Summit to provide services.
A website submission, preliminary discussion, estimate or facility walkthrough is not a binding service agreement unless expressly stated in writing.
Any services ultimately provided will be governed by an accepted written proposal, service agreement or other written arrangement. That document may address matters such as:
Scope of work
Areas included or excluded
Service frequency and scheduling
Client and contractor responsibilities
Pricing and payment
Supplies and equipment
Access and security
Insurance
Service adjustments, suspension or termination
Other property-specific conditions
If these Website Terms conflict with an executed service agreement concerning actual cleaning services, the executed service agreement will govern that relationship.
A “free quote” means that Countrywide Summit does not charge for preparing its initial proposal. It does not guarantee that a proposal will be issued or that a requested service will be accepted.
4. Accuracy of Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep Website information accurate and current. However, information may occasionally contain errors, omissions or outdated material.
Service descriptions, availability, service areas, scheduling, images and other Website content may be changed without notice. Photographs are illustrative and may not depict a particular client property, employee, service method or expected result.
You should not rely on Website content as a substitute for a facility-specific assessment or written proposal.
5. Cleaning Results and Facility Conditions
Cleaning methods and achievable results vary according to factors such as:
Surface or flooring material
Age and existing condition
Previous maintenance or treatment
Soil, staining or damage
Building use and traffic
Furniture, storage and obstructions
Equipment access
Drying or curing requirements
Client instructions and agreed scope
Information on the Website does not guarantee that every stain, mark, odour, contaminant, pathogen, finish defect or pre-existing condition can be removed or corrected.
Specific commitments concerning cleaning outcomes must be stated in the applicable written proposal or service agreement.
6. Website Forms and Communications
You agree that information submitted through the Website will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it.
You must not submit through a public Website form:
Patient, medical or personal health information
Financial account or payment-card information
Government identification numbers
Passwords or account credentials
Building access codes, alarm codes or security credentials
Confidential information belonging to another person without authorization
Unlawful, defamatory, threatening or malicious content

By submitting information, you authorize Countrywide Summit to use it to respond to your inquiry, assess service suitability, prepare a quote or administer the resulting business relationship, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Website forms and general email accounts are not monitored continuously and should not be used for emergencies or urgent building-security matters.
7. Electronic Communications
When you contact us electronically, you consent to receiving electronic responses related to your inquiry, quote request or business relationship.
Submitting an inquiry does not automatically enrol you in a marketing list. Commercial electronic messages will be sent in accordance with applicable Canadian law, including consent, sender-identification and unsubscribe requirements where applicable.
Electronic communications may not always be secure, immediate or error-free. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information you provide is accurate.

You may access and use the Website for lawful personal or business-information purposes.

Countrywide Summit’s names, logos and branding may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation without written permission. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The Website may link to third-party websites, maps, platforms or services. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement.
Countrywide Summit does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, accessibility, terms or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any portion of the Website without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory.
This includes implied warranties or conditions concerning merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, title and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a representation, warranty, condition or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Countrywide Summit and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or connected with:

Inability to access or use the Website
Reliance on Website content
Errors, omissions or interruptions
Third-party links or services
Unauthorized access to transmissions or information
Malware or other harmful components transmitted through the Internet
This limitation includes loss of data, business, revenue, profit, opportunity or goodwill, even if the possibility of such loss was known.
Liability relating to cleaning or other contracted services will be governed by the applicable written service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Countrywide Summit and its directors, officers, employees and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, damages and reasonable expenses arising from:
Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Website
Your material violation of these Terms
Information or content you submit without authority
Your infringement of another person’s rights
This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from Countrywide Summit’s own unlawful conduct.
15. Privacy
Our collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute relating to the Website are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any rights or procedures that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes concerning the Website will be brought before the courts of Ontario.
17. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A failure by Countrywide Summit to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement governing use of the Website.
They do not replace an accepted proposal, cleaning-service agreement or another written contract between Countrywide Summit and a client.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the Website, our practices or applicable law.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
