Information may be made available to employees, contractors or authorized representatives who require it to respond to an inquiry, prepare a proposal, administer a client relationship or perform their assigned duties.
Service Providers
We may use service providers for website hosting, form processing, analytics, email, cloud storage, information technology, security, accounting or other business functions.
These providers are permitted to use personal information only for the applicable service or as otherwise authorized or required by law. We take reasonable steps to select providers that can appropriately safeguard the information they process for us.

Information may be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed financing, merger, reorganization, sale or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
With Your Consent
We may disclose information for another purpose with your consent.
Countrywide Summit does not sell or rent personal information.
8. Processing Outside Canada
Some service providers used in operating the Website or our business may process or store personal information outside Canada, including in the United States or other jurisdictions.
Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies or governmental authorities in accordance with those laws.
Countrywide Summit remains accountable for personal information transferred to service providers for processing, as required by applicable Canadian privacy law. We use contractual or other reasonable measures intended to provide an appropriate level of protection while information is being processed.

10. Safeguards
We use physical, administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity and amount of personal information under our control.
These safeguards may include:
Limiting access to individuals who require the information
Password and account-access controls
Use of reputable website, email and technology providers
Confidentiality requirements
Appropriate record-storage and disposal practices

If access is refused, we will explain the reason where legally permitted.
13. Commercial Electronic Messages
Submitting a Contact or Free Quote form allows Countrywide Summit to respond to that particular inquiry. It does not automatically subscribe you to promotional or marketing messages.
Where Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation applies, we will send commercial electronic messages only with appropriate consent or as otherwise permitted by law. Applicable marketing messages will identify the sender and provide a functioning method of unsubscribing.
You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe method provided in the message or by contacting us. We may still send service, transactional or legally required communications where permitted.
14. Third-Party Websites
The Website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their privacy practices, security or content.
We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party website before providing personal information.
