  • Empty all garbage receptacles and remove garbage to designated area and reline when necessary

  • Dust and wipe furniture, bookshelves, pictures and high and low ledges

  • Return office furniture to proper positions

  • Dust computer monitors

  • Dust fax machines and copiers

  • Dust Venetian blinds

  • Clean both sides of office glass

  • Spot clean walls, light switches, doors, door handles and frames

  • Vacuum carpeted floors and walk-off mats

  • Sweep and damp mop stairs and stairwells

  • Dust window ledges

  • Spot clean carpets with approved spotter

  • Dust mop (with treated dust mop) and damp mop all hard surface floors
